Hanging Flower Bed
This is one of the coolest and the most different idea. You can make a netted overhead flower bed and plant flowers in it and just simply let them–hang around. It is a spectacular gravity defying feat and nonetheless exceptionally lovely!
Towering Flower Beds
Your flower beds need not stop just at the front veranda. In fact, you can build a beautiful topsy-turvy towering flower bed with just some terra-cotta pots and a few other thing-ies. Furthermore you can beautify it using some extra supplies like colored lights. These are really easy to make and you can make as many as you want.
Vertical Flower Beds
If you do not want a suspended flower bed and neither do you have a good place to pot those flowers, then possibly, a vertical flower bed is what you need. All you need is some wooden or thick fiber board and you could attach little pots to it. Hang it anywhere you want, behind a flower bed or just alongside your backyard wall. You can also add a few springy plants for additional styling
Rock Flower Bed
Having some flora is great, but to make it really stunning you need to upgrade it with some extra “jewels”. For instance, you could make plant your flowers in a beautiful pattern. Or you could plant them in rows and separate rows with rocks with an additional mid-center rock. You could also mix this idea with a raised flower bed with a solid concrete bed. Join the rocks on select places and fill the remaining area with potting soil.
Raised Flower Beds
You could also add some elevation to your flower bed, making it more visible and help it stand out from the rest of the garden; this also would eliminate the need of boundary. The elevation could be gradually escalating or just a plain steep wall. Also, this would help you get some area so you could replace the soil.
Now that you have created your flower bed and filled it with fertile soil, it’s time to move to our next step: What flowers should you plant?
