The body adjusts and accepts this evil vice resulting in skin dehydration. In addition, oxygen circulation to the skin is limited. The side effects are brought down on your body thus causing aging symptoms. The skin looks dull and rough as the necessary nutrients responsible for this action are limited or blocked out.
People need to protect ourselves from too much exposure of the sun’s UV rays. Staying out in the sun for too long dehydrates the skin. You may be left with sunburns, dark spots, dry skin, deeps wrinkles, and discoloration of the skin. Also avoid environments that emit smoke and other harmful toxins.

People need to eat the right foods and maintain a healthy balanced diet. Foods have the right nutrients that enable us stay strong and help our skin stay healthy. Remember that signs of aging like wrinkling of the skin and weak joints and bones can be controlled through a proper diet. High sugar levels also dehydrate the skin. Some good foods include dairy products, colorful fruits and vegetable and fish.
Bad personal habits
This addresses some factors such as laziness. Being active and exercising helps your body gets rid of toxic materials. Individuals who take their time to exercise just to keep their physical appearance are more likely to look younger. Your body also maintains that sexy look longer than expected.

The signs that you can look at to tell if you are aging fast include:
- Your eyes turn red.
- Graying skin. This is skin that lacks that natural glow which leaves it looking dull and dehydrated.
- You start to loose your sense of smell and that to hear.

There is nothing wrong with aging as long as it is as expected without aging faster.
This refers to the aging of the body organs, which includes the heart, the brain, and the other body organs.
This type of aging is limited to hoe an individual feels. It is all about how you feel. There are times you wake up and feel as energetic as a 10 year old and other times, you feel like a 30 year old.
This type of aging is based on your actual age. This is more natural and is as expected by everyone else.
