What’s the difference between smoothies and juice?

Smoothies tend to be on the thicker side of things and hold more calories than juice alone does.
Juice, on the other hand, is pure liquid, separated entirely from the fiber and pulp inside.

So what if I don’t have a juicer?
It’s possible to squeeze the juice from fruits and vegetables by hand, but that is a long, time consuming process. It’s also a lot of work; you’ll burn a ton of calories doing it!
However, if there’s no other alternative, consider hand-juicing. Otherwise, consider purchasing a juicer online. Most of them tend to be rather inexpensive.
Decent quality juicers can be bought for just $50 or so, and they produce much better results than a blender.
Remember, even if you own a high quality, very expensive blender, it’s still not going to provide you with juicing-quality results; there is simply no best blender for juicing.
A juicing diet can be very rewarding. Not only does it allow you to lose weight with minimal effort, but you can cleanse your body of harmful toxins and materials you didn’t even know you had in your system.
While there is no best blender for juicing, doing it by hand or purchasing a juicer can be a beneficial alternative.
With a bit of effort, you could be in the best shape you’ve been in years. No matter how effective your blender may be, it just won’t give the results a quality juicing machine will.
